Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policy:

Exhibitrac's data is updated by phone on an annual basis.   Our updating and verification process is one of the most rigorous and frequent you will find anywhere on a business to business prospect list.  However, due to factors beyond our control, and to normal business fluctuations, some of our data will be outdated and therefore incorrect.

Our lists should have deliverability rates as follows:

Lists used with a mail piece going out via the USPS should have a 98% or better deliverability rate.

Telemarketing campaigns should have a 90 - 95% connectivity rate.

Fax campaigns should have an 80 - 90% deliverability rate.

Email campaigns should have an 80 - 90% deliverability rate.

Our guarantee is simple: if you have rates that fall below those stated above, when the list you rented from us is used within 30 days of your receipt of the list, then we will either refund or replace the faulty records (whichever you prefer).  Refunds are limited to the actual price paid, and limited to the faulty records only (not the entire list).

To receive either a refund or replacement, you must provide us with a list of the faulty records and how the contact was attempted, and on what date the contact was attempted.  Our phone room will make random spot checks of faulty records to confirm their status.

Cancellation policy:

Any order may be cancelled prior to shipment with no penalty.

Once an order has shipped, there are no cancellations!  We often send our lists in electronic format via email, and once it has shipped, we assume you are going to use it.  So please be sure you are ordering the correct list.  We are happy to send samples of any list for your review, free of charge, prior to an order.  If you are unsure, please contact our sales department prior to placing an order for a free sample.
